Opened in Guild Year (2012), Preston Guild Wheel is a 21 mile 'Greenway' that encircles the city of Preston. It is suitable for both walkers and cyclists.

This mainly off-road and traffic free route provides a safe and scenic route for everyone to use.

You can join the route at any point on the way and should you not want to tackle the whole route there are lots of shorter options also available.

A great way to see what Preston has to offer as you pass some of the City's most popular sites including, Brockholes nature reserve, Avenham Park, Miller Park as well as the Docklands.

The nearest point to join the Guild Wheel from Holiday Inn Preston is on London Road; less than 1 mile from the hotel.
